Disclaimer: We do not provide any legal or other advice in this regard. In order to make your own Will, you will need to register on our platform and then submit your personal details.
We are not liable for any legal issues emanating from your Will, including for any disputes. For any legal questions, you must consult your Advocates.
In the age of cybercrimes, there could be hacks and thefts due to which your personal information may be hacked into and come into the public domain. We will not be liable for any such hacks or data breaches.
We also use certain third-party software to enable specific functionalities of our platform. We are not liable for any failure or mistakes of such third-party software or for how such third parties may use your personal information.
Subject to law, our maximum liability for any reason including failure or mistakes of our software, negligence, etc., is limited to Rs. 100 (in aggregate).
Any disputes are subject to arbitration in Mumbai by a sole arbitrator, mutually agreed upon in writing between us. The party that loses will need to pay the costs of arbitration and Advocate’s fees to the party that prevails. Subject to the arbitration, the courts in Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

If you have any grievance regarding your data with us, you may contact cs@willcare.in and explain your grievance. We will respond and resolve your issue as soon as reasonably possible.
You also have the right to file a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India thereafter.
We will only use your limited data to maintain a list of our customers and their demographic profile such as age, gender, and location.
We charge a service fee of Rs. 499/-.
Please note that all payments made are non-refundable. Once a payment is successfully processed for using our services, no refund or cancellation request will be entertained under any circumstances.
